A Maintained, Minimalist Yard
If someone has a strong green thumb, they’ll see potential in any yard that’s healthy (and they’ll want their own influence, not yours). Plenty of Closet Space
Creating a larger, walk-in closet is ideal but you can also fake it. When you’re ready to sell, take your things out of the closet or organize it to create the illusion of more space. There’s no such thing as too much storage.

Bathrooms are virtually at-home spas these days. However, grimy shower doors, lack of good light and cramped spaces won’t sell. Sand and re-stain any woods, clean and seal shower doors, and pay special attention to the tile and grout.
